AMATEUR YOGI ADVENTURE PART 3

22 Jun

After the (fairly) same routine as last time, with an exception of the chair pose, it was a pretty calming class. Another plus was that my muscles got a huge work out from it all. The next day when I actually woke up, my body was sore from the stretching! I guess I can finally check off one New Year’s resolution: work out. Even since I pursued my postsecondary education, regular exercise consisted of walking, speed walking, and running to class. There was no “real” active movements to break a sweat (with the exception of running and hot weather) during those years. But ever since this late spring, Anna and I decided to give yoga a try. Ever since it became a weekly thing (sometimes twice for me) we do, and catch up with some delicious food afterwards!

(English toffee coffee with whip creamoh caffeine goodness.)

THE FUTURE SOCCER WIVES

18 Jun

Hilda wants to be Mrs. Cristiano Ronaldo and have Portuguese children with him. As for I, Yoann Gourcuff and Freddie Ljungberg are top on my list. If I really want to get around, half of England’s national soccer players can have me any day. Ahaha, a girl can dream her ridiculous fantasy!
